Report on the Partnership Stakeholder Forum by ERA LEARN

The European Commission and ERA LEARN organized the second Partnership Stakeholder Forum in Brussels on 5-6 December 2023. The event was well attended by more than 250 people that actively took part in several workshops. The workshops addressed important topics such as:

• Synergies between Partnerships and Missions
• Experiences, achievements and needs of the European Partnerships based on the HE interim evaluation
• The additionality and directionality of European Partnerships
• Openness and transparency
• Development of a coherent Partnership portfolio.

Additionally, the future of Partnerships was discussed in detail both in term of their selection process and their design under FP10 considering also their internationalisation and global links under the spectrum os strategic autonomy for the EU.
